Looking for a sleeper sofa that works for Grandparents?

As I’ve mentioned before we have a modest 1 story house and my focus is maximizing the space that we have so it functions well. It’s a 3 bedroom home, but I couldn’t justify reserving 1 room just as a guest room for 2 weeks a year when we have house guests. We use our 3rd bedroom as a multi-purpose room that functions as an office, guest room and hobby room. It’s really small, this has not been an easy challenge.

Spoiler alert, this sleep sofa is so comfortable my mother in law also bought one.

Apt2B Catalina Pros:

• Couch has modern, clean lines and looks great in any space

• Cushions are firm and have lasted a long time with no sagging

• Great option for smaller aka normal sized homes

• Easy to pull out the mattress

• Love that the chaise can be moved to either side of the couch

• There are now 2 mattress options, we have the deluxe and 5 grandparents all rave about how comfy it is! That is a HUGE plus in my book.

Apt2B Catalina Cons:

• I would prefer a more midcentury looking couch, but is a big challenge to hide such a comfortable mattress without making the couch a little bulky looking. This was a tradeoff I was willing to make.

• Storing the chaise portion of the couch when it is being used a bed is a bit annoying because our room is so small. I wish it could slide under the bed when it’s opened.

• Honestly, that’s it. I have no deal breaker complaints
