DIY projects, garden notes, the stuff worth your time and money. Some of it took a weekend. Most of it took longer, and got done anyway
THE STACK
I know exactly where our money goes. And I make it work for us.

I wrote my obituary as a reality check (not because I was dying).
The paycheck didn't justify compromising my morals. I was burned out, hated my career, and knew something had to change. So I left.
I don't have all the answers and I'm deeply suspicious of anyone who does. I'm not here to be your guru (I can’t even watch cult documentaries). But if you're tired of the life you thought you wanted, maybe there's something here that helps.

PS: When I tell people I write my obituary regularly, they get visibly uncomfortable. Took me 40 years to learn it's okay if I'm not for everyone—and that's the whole point of this.
We own a tile saw. We use it maybe once every few years. That's basically the whole case for a tool library.
